Prior to forming Grange, the founding directors, Don Leadbetter, Ken Cook and Steve Guy were co-directors and equity partners of a Perth based brokerage. In 2007 a fourth director, Ray Thompson joined the firm bringing with him extensive large international brokerage experience.
